Spent my Easter vacation here. Good food and plenty of snow activities. Location was perfect if you like snow activities, just a few minutes walk from the ski area. The cabin feel was really nice and we enjoyed the fireplace during our stay. The staff was attentive and friendly. Plus, we got free hot chocolate upon check-in which was a nice touch!
The room was quite small and not very soundproof. We could hear people from the hallway and neighboring rooms quite easily.

The hotel's location is definitely a plus, being close to the slopes and offering free shuttle service to other nearby attractions. After a day on the slopes, it's perfect to be able to relax at the hotel's outdoor fire pit or sip hot tea in the lobby. The room was satisfactory with comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the snowy surroundings. Speaking of breakfast, although not mentioned in detail, it was a delightful spread of food to start the day.
The staff lacked warmth and were not as accommodating as one would expect.

The surroundings of the hotel were really beautiful and we had access to some great activities. The staff were welcoming and helpful. They provided us with some great options for activities and showed us around the hotel with friendly attitudes
It was run-down, tiny, and just not what we were expecting. It was dirty and there were some odd smells.

I recently stayed in a luxurious hotel that truly exceeded my expectations. The exclusive amenities were outstanding, and all my requests were fulfilled promptly. The Jacuzzi in my room was a perfect way to relax after a long day on the slopes, and the full body massage I received at the private facilities was fantastic. The leisure room was cozy, and there was a perfect garden area that was well maintained.
Although I had an excellent time at the venue, there was one minor issue I experienced. The restaurant was good, but I felt that the bar area lacked a bit of atmosphere and could have been improved.
